Ordering InformationPlease remember that we are an online business store. You can place your order via e-mail, or directly through our website. Please check all the information displayed on the final step of your order. Proceed only when you are certain about the data you have entered. The complete report of your order will be sent to you via email, to the address you have provided. If you object to the report you receive, please send an email to the given address within 24 hours. The email with your order is sent automatically. No previous verification of the stock is possible. In case, any of the products you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by email. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Euroline), or postal order. International orders - Shipping fees for International Orders are based on total weight of the completed order and the country of destination.
Please do not place an order if you do not intend to pay as we will not hold your order.
Shipping and Handling InformationWe try to send all orders the economical way. Domestic orders are processed and shipped through Post or Speedex. International orders are processed and shipped through Post or UPS. We will ship orders first class, priority mail or flat rate, with delivery confirmation, upon request.
Shipping fees for international orders depend on their weight and country of destination.
Cancelling an OrderWhen cancelling an order, please notify us within 24 hours from the time you placed the order, because we try to handle orders as soon as possible.
Items Not AvailableProducts that are not available are usually indicated as such on our website. If you still would like to purchase the item, you can ask them by email, and you will be notified when they are back in stock.
Replacements and RefundsIf an item is found to be broken or faulty on receipt, contact us by email. You can choose either to receive a replacement item or to receive a refund.
We will send you a replacement and arrange the return of the faulty item. We will meet all delivery and return costs. Returned goods must be adequately packed.

We redirect visitors to a secure third-party server (Eurobank) for the transfer of certain types of sensitive information, such as credit card information.

All customer information is treated as confidential. Memories Trend does not participate in bulk e-mail solicitations, phone banks, or third party advertisement schemes.
